Whether you're looking for new construction, a renovation or a glow-up, a site visit gives us a feel for the space and flow as well as a chance to take a few photos, take measurements and hear more about how you imagine living in the space. 

After taking in all of your information, we share a proposal for your review that includes budget parameters, a breakdown of design fees, timelines and the estimated flow of the project.

With a contract in place, we move forward into design and the creation of mood boards, space plans, and sourcebooks with samples for fabrics, furniture, flooring, color and other details that make magic.

We manage all of the moving parts so you don’t have to. This includes coordination of specialists, ordering and receiving, installations, site visits and budget management.

It's exciting to see the vision come to life! It's also important to coordinate all of the moving pieces to minimize disruption to you as all of the design elements come together. 

With everything installed and ready, a final walk through and completed punch list means the space is yours to enjoy. Let there be magic.
