We met Victoria Harris at the beginning of planning our new build through our contractor, Vintage Homes-Charleston. We clicked immediately because of her friendly, outgoing attitude, and her ability to stay solution focused.
Victoria was able to navigate our two strong male personalities with two different design concepts in our heads. We hired Victoria because she was able to take each of our ideas and put together elements from each of our heads to pull together a beautiful contemporary design that we absolutely love.
I think the best way to describe Victoria is “Everything has a place, and everything in its place.” -unknown author.

Moving from Manhattan to Northern California challenged me to choose what to leave behind, what to move, and how everything would fit in a completely different floor plan. I was overwhelmed, but Danny came to my rescue. He was able to look at every room in my new home and find the perfect place for items that held deep sentimental value. He then provided a beautifully curated collection of pieces to complement my existing furniture and art, and helped me transition from a New York to a California state of mind.

I didn't have much confidence in my own design choices, but Danny was diplomatic about guiding me to better options, or, just as importantly, assured me that I had made great choices.

We built our home in Kiawah Island, SC while living in Pittsburgh. Victoria helped us design and coordinate the build from start to finish. There were areas of the build where we wanted to splurge and areas where we wanted to reign in the budget and Victoria was able to show us options that worked well for both.
She had vendors post samples of flooring, tile, and cabinetry options so that we could easily make decisions. She also worked very well with the builder to coordinate the ordering of materials for when they were needed on the build site and was able to tweak placement of electrical panels, switches, etc. for better function/aesthetic.
We definitely could not have built our home remotely without her and we have a beautiful home now because of all of her help. And....she is a great person to boot!
